Walmart cierra tiendas en Chicago. El pasado viernes 17 de febrero, comenzó el cierre de algunas tiendas de Walmart en el Estado de Chicago, en Estados Unidos.
Los empresarios de Walmart decidieron cerrar 3 tiendas en este Estado. Y afirmaron que la decisión no se tomó a la ligera.
Pero, estas tiendas ubicadas en Lincolnwood, Plainfield y Homewood, no estaban cumpliendo con las metas económicas propuestas por la empresa.

Por lo cual, tuvieron que tomar la decisión de cerrar estás tres tiendas.
La primera en cerrar fue la que está ubicada en Lincolnwood, y las otras dos tiendas ubicadas en Plainfield y Homewood van a cerrar definitivo el 10 de marzo.

La directora de comunicaciones anunció su agradecimiento a la comunidad y destacó que todos los trabajadores de estas tiendas están siendo reubicados en otras tiendas de la cadena, siempre y cuando el trabajador lo desee así.
También fue señalado en el anuncio que se espera que los usuarios de la comunidad puedan dirigirse a las otras tiendas de Walmart que se encuentra en los alrededores o realizar sus compras a través de www.walmart.com
